About Ayushman Bharat yojna:

How To Apply:
The beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat Yojana can apply through both online and offline. You can also apply for this by visiting the CSC center nearest to your home. Below we have given step by step about the process of applying =
Step 1– To apply under Ayushman Bharat Scheme, go to the Public Service Center (CSC) and submit the photocopy of all your original documents.
Step 2– Verification of all the documents by the agent of Public Service Center.(CSC) will ensure the registration under the scheme and provide you the registration.
Step 3– After this, after 10 to 15 days, you will be provided with the Golden Card of Ayushman Bharat through the Jan Seva Kendra. After this your registration will be successful.
How to check Eligibility:
Step 1- First of all go to the official website of Ayushman Bharat Yojana.
Step 2- After this, the option of “AM I Eligible” will appear on the home page of the official website, click on this option. After clicking on the option a new window will open.
Step 3- After this verify your mobile number with OTP. After login, Prime Minister should check the eligibility of his family in Ayushman Bharat Yojana, after that two options will appear, in the first option, choose your state.
Step 4- In the second option, three categories will be found, you can choose one of the categories searched by name from your ration card and mobile number. After that click on the submit button.
Step 5- If you want to check the eligibility of your family through Jan Seva Kendra (CSC), then you have to go to the Jan Seva Kendra and submit all your original documents to the agent, after that the agent will check your eligibility through your documents. Login to your Public Service Center (CSC).
